ORGANIC TABLE BY LAPAZ was born in 2011 based on the concept of a "Second Home."

~Sit at a Single Table With People From Around the World~

With diversity in food becoming commonplace and subdivisions being made, we aim for a table overflowing with love which can bring together all that diversity.

私たち ORGANIC TABLE BY LAPAZ は「セカンドハウス」というコンセプトのもと2011年に生まれました。

食の多様性が常識となり、細分化されているなかで、私たちはその全てを包み込めるような、愛に溢れたテーブルを目指しています。

STORY

Since 2011

Life Stylist Yukari Ota helped open LAPAZ with several specialists in 2011.

Before the restaurant, in order to make full use of the space, we started a lifestyle shop with furniture, sundries and works of art as well as various workshop events to help suggest options for those in need of a new start.

In 2014, we reopened in Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo to focus on “food” and to be reborn as “ORGANIC TABLE BY LAPAZ.”

Life stylist 大田由香梨プロデュースのもと、

さまざまなジャンル・職種の人間が集まり、2011年にOPEN。

前身の店舗では、広い店内を活かして家具や雑貨、アートなどを取り扱い”衣・食・住”を提案するライフスタイルショップとしてスタートし、様々なイベントやワークショップも行う。

2014年の渋谷区神宮前3丁目への移転リニューアルを機に、より”食”へフォーカスし、ORGANIC TABLE BY LAPAZとして生まれ変わる。

東京では、まだ数少ないヴィーガン"Vegan"/プラントベース"plant base"カフェとして、お客様へ健康で美味しい食事と楽しいひと時を提供するべく奮闘中。

Enviroment

reduce, recycle, sustainable

As a restaurant, we work toward sustainable development for our future world as much as possible. For instance, we do not waste food and ingredients nor do we with packaging.

We use only authority-certified recycled materials for packages.

大それた事はできませんが、一軒の飲食店としてsustainableな未来の地球の為に小さなことから取り組んでいます。

ヴィーガン”Vegan”,オーガニック　”Organic”は他者を思いやる心を持つこと。

食材をできる限り無駄にしない事。過剰な包装をしないこと。
